This application was on a truck scale which the truck driver scans his badge in the reader located on the left of the display.  After the display acknowledges a good scan, the driver depresses the in or out button located beneath the display.  All the information is transmitted to the system in the office located 300' from the scale, processed, then a transaction ticket is printed back down at the exit of the scale and the small indicator light to the left of the reader turns green.

Additional features include, Nema IV water tight enclosure, Square D industrial buttons, a special designed hood to shade the display and keep water from running down the front of the box, an LED type stop and go light to signal the operator.  The system was designed with full bi-directional communications with the computer located in the office.
